These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Velvet Card Clash, our website, and related services. By using the game or services, you agree to these Terms. It also covers the iOS edition, Velvet Card Clash: Fighter.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and platform rules to use the game. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, device, login method, and any activity that occurs through your account.
Use of the Game
You agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation, bots, scripts, modified clients, or third-party tools.
- Interfere with servers, matchmaking, payment systems, advertising systems, or other players' experience.
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the game except as permitted by law.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, or abuse other users or our support team.
- Use the game in a way that violates applicable law, platform policy, or these Terms.
Cloud Services and Saved Data
The game may use cloud-based services to store and synchronize user data, including account progress, cards, inventory, purchases, subscriptions, battle records, events, and related gameplay data. Storage and processing locations depend on the enabled service providers and the released version.
We try to maintain reliable service, but cloud services may be interrupted, delayed, unavailable, or affected by maintenance, network conditions, platform issues, security events, or force majeure events.
Advertising and Rewarded Ads
The game may include advertising monetization, including rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, or other ad formats. Rewarded ads may grant in-game rewards only after successful completion and confirmation by the advertising system.
Ad availability, reward availability, ad frequency, and ad content may vary by region, device, user status, and third-party ad network decisions. We are not responsible for third-party advertising content, websites, products, or services.
Virtual Items and Virtual Currency
Cards, gems, coins, fragments, battle passes, subscription benefits, event rewards, and other virtual items are licensed digital content for use only inside the game. They are not property, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the game unless expressly permitted by us or required by law.
We may adjust game balance, item availability, drop rates, rewards, card abilities, event rules, prices, or progression systems to maintain game operation, fairness, security, or business needs.
In-App Purchases
The game may offer in-app purchases such as virtual currency, card packs, items, passes, bundles, and other digital content. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to that provider's payment terms.
You are responsible for all charges, taxes, and fees associated with purchases made through your account or device. Purchased digital content is usually delivered immediately or shortly after payment confirmation.
Subscriptions
The game may offer subscriptions that provide recurring benefits, premium features, currency, bonuses, passes, or other digital content. Subscription terms, price, billing period, renewal rules, cancellation method, and trial terms will be shown in the app store or purchase flow before you subscribe.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal deadline set by the applicable platform. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings. Removing the game from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Refunds and Purchase Issues
Refunds are handled according to the applicable app store, payment provider, and local law. We may not be able to issue refunds directly for purchases processed by third-party platforms.
If purchased content is not delivered, contact support with relevant order information. We may verify purchase records, receipts, entitlement status, and account activity before restoring content or resolving the issue.
Game Changes and Service Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game or services, including features, events, characters, cards, virtual items, rewards, subscriptions, advertising placements, or server functionality. We may also release patches, balance adjustments, content updates, or maintenance updates.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the game, you acknowledge that your data may be processed for gameplay, analytics, advertising, purchases, subscriptions, support, anti-fraud, and cloud storage purposes as described there.
Intellectual Property
The game, website, characters, artwork, videos, logos, text, systems, software, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for personal entertainment.
Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the game or services if we believe you violated these Terms, created security or fraud risks, abused payment or refund systems, used unauthorized tools, or otherwise harmed the game, other players, or our services.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The game and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, virtual items, or service availability.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice as required by law or platform policy. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
